by Give Jesus to the World Ministries, based solely upon the Inspired Holy Scriptures and is in total agreement with foundational principles of Christian The baptism in water by immersion, given only to those who believe in Jesus as the scripturally authorized ordinance that symbolizes the believer\u2019s identification with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (Mark 16:16, Rom 6:3) b. We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells those who receive Him; sanctifying them and empowering them for Christian service and witness. We believe the \u201cChurch\u201d is the Body of Christ and that it consists of all people, who, throughout time, have accepted God\u2019s offer of redemption through the sacrificial death of His Son, Jesus. We believe the gospel is the power of God unto salvation and that it is by the preaching of the gospel with supernatural signs, miracles and healing's that the Church should fulfill the commission so that no man will base his faith on human wisdom but on the power of God.
